My journey into the world of yoga began 15 years ago, driven by a desire for something more meaningful than the monotonous routines of the gym.

​For years, I found myself seeking change, feeling uninspired by my fitness regimen.

The moment I stepped into my first yoga class, I knew I had found a special place.

The practice brought a sense of continuity and peace into my life, weaving together the facets of my being in a way that felt harmonious and whole.

Since that transformative first class, I have immersed myself deeply in the practice and the philosophy of yoga. I have completed several trainings that have taken me all over the world, and continue to attend work shops and trainings with fascinating and brilliant teachers.

"Always a student" is one of my mantras, embodying my belief in the power of learning. I see life as an ever-evolving journey, each step offering a new opportunity for growth and discovery.

For me, the pursuit of knowledge and growth is never ending, and its the journey itself that holds the most value, enriching my understanding of the world and deepening my connection to everything I do.
